I used letters in my Communication Profile Password. Is that ok?
Definitely. Using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters can make for a very secure password. BUT know that when logging into a deskphone, it assumes you are typing in just numbers. There is a button on the phone that will toggle the input between numbers, lower case, upper case, and special characters. You will need to toggle to those different modes for each character of your password. Soft clients are much easier as you generally have a full keyboard to work with. To make it easier, we do allow you to only use numbers in your password if you wish.

I changed my password but now I can't log into my phone. Why is that?
Could be a number of reasons. The change is usually pretty quick, but in rare occasions it may take a minute or two to push the password changes to the various systems. Wait a couple of minutes and try again. It could also be that you're entering the wrong username or password (see previous FAQ's).
